Homeless dog who donated blood to save other dogs now needs help to save his own life

He is a brave canine. He has given blood to the emergency animal clinic in order to save the life of another dog, but now he needs assistance in order to save his own life.

Those who are encouraging, kind, and willing to assist others in need ought to receive the same treatment themselves. However, this is not limited to just people because there are some animals who may be very helpful at one time but need assistance at a later date.

This is the story of Stanford, a Rhodesian Ridgeback dog who was saved and has spent the last four months at the Smith County Animal Shelter in Texas, in the south of the country.

He has distinguished himself as a benevolent dog during his stay at this shelter since he even gave blood to another hairy dog so that it would live. However, despite his past, nobody has expressed interest in adopting this 2.5-year-old boy.

He is a brave dog. According to county animal shelter supervisor Amber Greene, he gave blood to the animal emergency center to help save the life of another dog.

This dog qualified for free immunizations up to the age of 8 by having donated blood. None of these, however, have been stunning enough for someone to give her a place in his home.

However, it's not just the time he spends there without a family; in accordance with the rules, even the furry one risks being put to death if a home is not quickly found for him.

They can only leave by being adopted, relocated, or killed, according to Greene.

If something happened to the furry, who has already given enough to his community, it would be a big disgrace. None of us want to perform it. Greene continued, "We would prefer to take them to a family or go out and rescue them.

Stanford's life is at danger because these shelters need to make room for more dogs to arrive.
